Installing and using opazeus on your device
Before you can place bets or play, your device must meet basic requirements: Android 7 or newer for APK installation, or iOS 12 and up for browser access. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage on your phone to ensure the app runs without slowdowns. If your device is older than these specifications, you can still access opazeus through a mobile web browser on older iOS or Android versions, though some features may load more slowly.

App versus web browser: which is right for you
The opazeus Android app and PWA have practical advantages over mobile web browsing. Our app caches live-dealer video streams and game assets locally, so if your connection drops for a few seconds, the stream resumes without reloading; a web browser must restart. Push notifications in the app alert you to upcoming Liga 1 fixtures, Piala AFF tournaments, MotoGP races, and promotional updates without opening a tab. The app's native Android integration loads Blackjack, Roulette, and slot games approximately 15-non-specific info faster than the browser because it avoids unnecessary web-layer overhead. The web browser, conversely, requires no installation and works on any device, including older phones, tablets, and desktops. If you prefer simplicity and accept slightly slower load times, the browser remains a valid option for accessing opazeus from any device.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
We support Android 7.0 (released in 2016) and iOS 12 (2018 and later). Older device versions may still load opazeus in a mobile browser, but our live-dealer video streams and real-time sportsbook odds may stall or refresh slowly. We recommend updating your device's operating system if you experience lag during Blackjack tables or Liga 1 match broadcasts. For Android users in Medan or other areas with variable network speeds, our app's offline caching helps balance video buffering. Verify your device's OS version before downloading by checking Settings > About Phone (Android) or Settings > General > About (iOS).
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you download the APK but see "Installation blocked" or "Unknown app" warnings, your device's security setting is refusing unsigned installs. Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and toggle permission on. If the app crashes after opening, clear your browser cache and cookies by going to Settings > Apps > opazeus > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart. iOS users who see a certificate warning when opening opazeus in Safari can safely ignore it if the URL matches opazeus.app exactly; our certificate is valid for all supported domains. If a download hangs at non-specific info, your network connection may be weak; switch to WiFi and retry. For users in areas with intermittent mobile coverage, downloading over WiFi is strongly recommended to avoid partial-file corruption.
Data, permissions and account security
When you install opazeus, the app requests permission to access your device's camera (for video KYC verification if required), storage (to cache game assets and video streams), and location (to confirm you are in a supported jurisdiction). None of these permissions are mandatory for basic betting; they enable optional features only. Your account data—username, email, deposit history, and bet records—is encrypted between your device and our servers using TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your passwords are hashed and stored securely; we never have access to your plaintext password. If you suspect unauthorized account access, navigate to Settings > Account Security, change your password immediately, and contact our support team. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is optional but recommended, especially if you place regular bets on Liga 1 or high-value wagers.
