opazeus Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use opazeus and how we keep that data protected. When you open an account, verify your identity, deposit funds via DANA or e-wallet, or place a bet on Liga 1 fixtures, we collect and process information about you. We do this to operate our platform, comply with local law, and ensure your account stays secure.

Our privacy policy covers all opazeus services—live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), sportsbook markets (football, badminton, MotoGP), slot games, and esports. We explain what data we gather, who may access it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your information.

What We Collect on opazeus

We collect your personal information at account creation and throughout your use of opazeus. Your email address, full name, date of birth, and phone number are required during signup. When you verify your account, we ask for a copy of your national ID or passport to confirm your identity and meet local regulatory requirements.

Payment information is collected each time you deposit or withdraw. If you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), we record the transaction ID, amount, timestamp, and the payment method you chose. We do not store your online payment PIN, bank password, or full card numbers; payment processors handle those directly.

We also collect usage data: which games you open, how long you play, your betting patterns, your device type, browser version, and IP address. This helps us detect fraud, spot technical problems, and improve opazeus's performance on slower networks (3G in Surabaya, for example).

How We Use Your Data

We use account and payment data to run opazeus and process your transactions. When you deposit via local payment or online payment, we verify the payment and credit your account. Your ID and address let us comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) rules in supported jurisdictions.

Session and betting data help us secure your account, spot unusual activity (e.g. multiple login attempts), and improve our live-dealer video stream quality on weak networks. We analyze which sportsbook markets (football, Piala AFF, MotoGP) are most popular so we can add more leagues and tables.

We may contact you about account issues, payment failures, or platform updates via email or SMS. We do not use your data for marketing unless you opt in.

Your Data and Third Parties

opazeus does not sell your data. We do share information with trusted third parties only as needed:

These partners are bound by data-protection agreements and use your data only for the stated purpose.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to remember your login session, track which live-dealer table you were watching, and measure which pages on opazeus are visited most. Session cookies expire when you log out. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic but do not identify you personally.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but logging out and back in will become slower.

Note: opazeus does not use third-party advertising networks. We do not track you across other websites.

Your Rights and Data Retention

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and its records. To exercise these rights, contact our support team with your account email.

We keep account data and transaction records for 7 years after your account closes, as required by local financial regulations. Betting records are retained for 3 years. Identity documents (ID copies) are deleted after KYC verification unless a dispute or investigation requires us to retain them longer.

Contact and Security

If you have questions about how opazeus handles your data, email our support team or use the contact form in your account settings. We will respond within one business day.

Your data is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher during transmission and at rest on our servers. We regularly audit our systems for security gaps and do not store payment card details on opazeus servers; payment gateways (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking) handle that encryption.

This policy is effective from 1 January 2025. We may update it if local law changes or our platform adds new services. We will notify you of material changes via email.
